She reached out to them initially with a picture of the ring she wanted, but wasn’t for sale at the original vendor anymore. They said absolutely, and also suggested a few small design changes that would make the ring more sturdy. Then she passed the conversation over to me, and they walked me through the process of making the ring, potential budget options, and how long it would take to make, and we went from there. I’m so so pleased with how it came out. It actually ended up looking better than the reference photo we sent. The craftsmanship is so good, and my partner (now fiance!) loves it.
